Why do I need a guest pass?

  • Guest Passes give entry into the park facilities
  • Guest Passes are required when, and if you have booked an activity, table reservation or experience.

Do I automatically get guest passes when I book accommodation?

No, you must request your passes separately to booking your accommodation. Please follow the instructions on the Guest Passes Request to start the process of arranging your passes.

Can I purchase the guest passes myself?

No, Summers Plots bookings are considered ‘private bookings’ by Tattershall Lakes, therefore as required by the park, guest passes will need to be arranged by us on your behalf.

How much do the passes cost?

The price will vary depending on whether you book during Peak/Off Peak; the length of your stay; and the berth size of your accommodation

Can I order passes any time after booking/before arrival?

Passes are available for purchase no earlier than 21 days prior and no later than 72 hours before arrival

How will I pay for my passes?

After you put in a request for passes we will add the cost to your booking balance and notify you. We will not purchase your passes until you have paid your balance. You can pay your balance in the guest area of your booking

Are ‘activities’ or ‘experiences’ included with the guest passes?

No, you must book activities, table reservations, or experiences separately.

  1. Please check the parks' own facilities page before your holiday to find out what will be available to you during your stay.

  2. Then book your activities and experiences. You will need your pitch number and road name as the booking reference. You can find this information in the guest area of your booking under the ‘How to’ heading
